Our rug was returned in worse condition than when it was taken. The carpet has faded, leaving lighter parts browned. The rug looks much more aged. Interactions with the company had been professional and on time but seems like the quality in this case was not good. They offered to reclean the carpet free of charge but the carpet is no longer in a state that a clean will help. They did not accept a request for a refund or offer to pay for any damages in accordance to their company policy so take that into consideration if you're seeking their service.
