Maria and her team were phenomenal! We received a full service team with one dedicated realtor taking care of our selling needs (Keenan), and another taking care of our buying needs (Mohiuddin). It was great to see that roles did not overlap and so each person gave the task their full attention. Maria’s team took care of every small need of ours. They were extremely thoughtful as we navigated the real estate market during the pandemic, and with an infant. Maria is great at touching base frequently, and went the extra mile to help with our listing which included setting us up for repairs, painting and touch ups around the house, and staging. She even helped us schedule cleaners when moving out, which greatly helped reduce our stress. Maria is extremely resourceful, as she was also able to provide us information on affordable moving companies.
