Scott was outstanding. We were referred by a friend and called him after lunch about a down toilet in our basement and he came the same day, even though it was late in the day. We were able to figure out our problem and then Scott got the parts we needed and fixed us up the next morning. He was fair with his rates, no service call fee, and he prioritized a new clients broken toilet. Good guy, highly recommend.

We had a plumbing drain disaster on Christmas Eve Day. We phoned Baillie’s at 2:30 in the afternoon and Scott said he would be over in an hour. He arrived right as promised.
