Shani at Manchester Rose is awesome to deal with. My mom fell and broke both her arms and was immediately released from the hospital. Shani responded to our initial inquiry the same day and was able to find a care giver in less than 2 days. The care giver she provided is very professional and is a good match with my Mom. She is providing a host of services that AHS is unwilling to provide and is making moms recovery far less stressful and give our family peace of mind.Shanibis also very flexible in covering unforeseen events that come up. I got sick and couldn’t take my mom to her Dr appointment and she was able to get her there on short notice. Her and her staff have been a lifesaver for our family.

I really don't know where to start. I do love the owner of Manchester rose and her daughter since they are the only people I met. But, I pity the company for hiring someone who does not know how to train and also aggressive.I had to calm the girl twice , talking to me like she was talking to a little girl. I felt so not happy, the girl is so rude. Just a little mistake, she came to me aggressively. It did not work for me because of my schedule as well ,but I was still going to leave the company because of the unprofessional leader- they called her a coordinator/ leader. I really don't know if she was like that just to me. I never had a chance to talk to the owners and point out what I just wrote

hello everyone who is seeking a job with manchester rosei would like to share my experiancei had a extremly bad experiance working with manchester rose they dont pay on time .you have to run litterly after them to get paid . they wanted to keep most of the share you are earning for them . its a trap please dont fall in it . its bettre to earn less and get paid on time instead advertised more and get paid nothing at the end of the day . please make sure to ask them to give you in writing that you will get paid on time & full amout on time before you join them .hope will help . thank you
