Chest X-ray walk-in.No wait time, staff was polite and efficient.Results were sent to my Dr within 3 hours.

I am writing this bad review in regards to the bad experience we had at this location unit 201.I drove my cousin to her appointment to get an x ray done at this x ray location.Once we arrived the female working at the front desk gave us both bad attitude simply because my cousin asked to use the washroom after checking in.After my cousin was finished with her x ray that same female working the front desk did not say a word to us therefore my cousin asked if she needed to wait for her results.That same staff worked shook her head and rolled her eyes at us not saying a word.

The whole staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They don't even deserve for customer service job, specially main counter staff , I request for my Mother for Ladies technician she referred and no, suddenly. I saw and told her she is hare then 30 minshe said you should wait atleast

Bare minimum service, looks a bit more modern than the Burnhamthorpe location. Doesn't feel as run down, but the service is just as consistent. Provides the same service as the Dixie and Burnhamthorpe location, they'll be nice and give you a card for that location if you mix up the locations. Entrance to the building is between the High Point Dental and Money Mart signs.Safe to call ahead for their protocols and appointments. This location is on the second floor. I appreciate they have a wait/temperature check before you get into their office for their protocols. Just need to wait patiently before they admit you inside. Staff are minimum there just for the service, but don't expect over the top service like a restaurant or anything. They're just there so you can get in and out.

The service and wait time is quick. The technician I had got inconclusive x-ray with bad quality, so I had to get to another one at different location, however what strikes me the most is that after he took the picture and I went to change my clothes I saw him cutting his nails with a clippers right next to the x-ray table.... Disgusting.

Great experience, coming here a second time in two months. Staff is amazing, very easy to book the appointments. First appointment was an ultrasound, quick and easy, same day appointment.Second appointment was a mammogram. Technician was super nice, first time doing my mammogram, and had only online reading experience of what will happen. She was very helpful, thoroughly explained all the steps, helping me felling very comfortable, and quickly taking the pictures.All in all, the experience in both visit was great, very happy that we have a highly professional team near to my home.Thank you for all your great work, will recommend this place to all my friends and neighbors.

the technician was very rude. She doesn't have any manners, nor decencies.

I went for my annual mammogram today and as usual, my experience was positive. My technician, Christine was professional and friendly. After getting me set up she even ran back to push the button to reduce the time I had to hold my breath - so caring and thoughtful!The office staff was was friendly and efficient.

Was here to see our baby for the first time. Will always remember it. Staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. Arrived on time and was seen within 5 minutes. Professional and courteous management.
