Took a Fireblade to be serviced and have a new set of tyres as there was an oil leak and oil was going on to the back tyre. paid for service tyres and sort the leak £680. I was told it was all sorted. went for a long ride and had all oil on the rear tyre again. you don't tell someone a leak is fixed on a superbike unless you are 100%. I rang to take it back but the shop was shut for a week. Ended up taking the fairing off myself degreased it and found the leak in 5 mins and sorted and I'm not even a mechanic.I rang the shop and left a message for the manager to ring and give him a chance to put things right. not even a return phone call. definitely will not be going again. more expensive than main dealer and not as good. will go to Honda dealer in feature

Bike was due for MOT but due to bad battery needed to be collected from home. Friendly guys, kept me updated and handled the bike with care even throwing in some free fuel to get me home. Will use them for all future aftercare. Thanks.

I moved to the area a couple of years ago, and after a year sitting in the garage and not being used, I needed to get the bike in for a full TLC session and MOT. Despite being very busy and rushed off their feet in the middle of a pandemic, they managed to squeeze me in and even collected the bike to take it up there without charge. The work carried out was decent and got me through a season.This morning, I broke down in Cardiff and the bike dropped its fluid.. Realising I'd not included the bike on my recovery policy, I called Dave to see if he could recommend a recovery agent in Cardiff to collect it and get it up to them.. Within the hour, Dave had arrived. I was handed a cold can of coke, and we set about loading the bike in to the van, dropped me off home, and they went on to the garage with the bike.You don't get that level of service many places nowadays - I feel it needs to be complimented. The fact that the boys dropped what they were doing in a permanently busy garage to come and help me out won't be forgotten.

A friend send me the contact of this shop, Once I recently move and dont know nothing around here.Call to booked a MOT and they was sympathy booking it. But pulling my bike out of my garage I noticed the front light is not working so I check it what I could check to find a reason why but couldn't. So I call the shop again saying what was the problem and maybe need to cancel the MOT. Dave (the name of the guy that was assisting me and recommended by my friend) so Dave instead of saying bring the bike in we check it for you and do the MOT, no he was streaming rude and arrogant on the phone.So for a new/lost costumer with more that 10motorbikes and always in need of doing something to one of my bikes it's a big NO.Improve your customers skills first.
