Breezes Trailer Park

We first went to this park when the old owners were still there and it was great. Very nice and overall left you alone.However the new owners are not so nice. They are constantly circling around the park looking for “infractions” and when they do allow you to build a deck they expect it done with in minutes - you don’t get to enjoy the peaceful nature around you since you feel like your walking on eggshells. However when you look around at their grounds keeping it’s the grass is not well manicured. Quite a few of the lots have septic issues, and there for don’t drain correctly and all your waste bubbles back to the surface, the well water leaves your trailer with a yellow/orange stain and it smells like rotten eggs. The garbages are not removed frequently enough so it ends up over flowing everywhere and leads to lots of critters helping them selves.

Lovely place. Stayed for Canada Day and the fire works beat Niagara Falls. Loved my stay.

This is an extremely beautiful park and very quiet. Owners are working hard to contribute to customer satisfaction and good relationships. It’s a wilderness feel in an urban setting. Need to decompress? This is an excellent place to do it.

I grew up spending my summers with my family, as well as many of my extended family, at this park, but didn't realize it when I booked to come and view it this past year. The lots are a decent size, the price is fair and the new owners are lovely people. I'm so pleased to be back! It's worth the drive...?

I have a beautiful lot here. Very well maintained. New owners last month. They are great. Beautiful scenery. Quiet, lots of animals and birds. So nice to get out of the city and come here and relax. Great neighbours.

Very quiet, large lots, my home away from home. Fair rules, good service when needed, you can keep to yourself or do some group things with fellow campers or visitors.

Typically if I have nothing good to say I say nothing. I feel a moral obligation in this case to warn unwitting campers to be aware of this campsite. As an 8 year veteran I can tell you these owners are wolves dressed in sheep's clothing.So if you enjoy huge hydro and septic bills and love being treated like a child, this is the place for you.

Great 2022 season. Park is quiet and enjoy my time there. The efforts of the management team are being noticed. Looking forward to 2023.

i spent this summer in there and my whole family loved it .my daughter really enjoyed her visit thereAnd Dippan is very accommodating and helped me to settle down.very helpful and kind .they go out of their way to help you .can't wait to visit again ❤️❤️
