Our builder had these guys come do duct cleaning for our house before possession. And these guys did a terrible job, almost as if the ducts was never cleaned. Even the holes drilled into the our ducts was too big to fit plugs, and all they did was used tape to seal up the holes.

We acquired a squatter in our dryer exhaust vent. Unfortunately he had packed all his belongings 12 ft into the pipe. After repeated orders to vacate, we had no choice but to call Home Pros Group. They were there same day I phoned. They managed to evict all belongings. The squatter was nowhere to be found but will be surprised when he returns, as I’ve changed the locks.Thankyou Home Pros for such quick response and resolution to our problem. Will be seeing you again in the fall for the rest of our vents.

Tyler showed up on time and was very pleasant to deal with. The furnace and duct cleaning job was in my 3rd floor condo and this was one of the few companies I called that had the proper remote equipment. Tyler finished the job with quality and speed. He also gave advice on future furnace filter maintenance and dryer hose replacement. Great service overall - highly recommended especially if you live in a condo.

We hired Home Pros after doing our homework to source the best cost effective service to clean the furnace, air ducts and dryer vent in our 3rd floor condo. We were not disappointed. Tyler and Zed arrived on time and proceeded to do a very professional, careful and thorough cleaning of all ducts and vents. Compared to other quotes we received, the Home Pros price was more than competitive for the excellent cleaning service they provided. I would wholeheartedly recommend Home Pros to anyone needing furnace, air duct or dryer vent servicing. I will also be calling them when we need our carpets cleaned as well.

Had the house ducting and furnace cleaned last week and we can't believe the difference in the air quality, and the drastic slowdown of dust! The job took about an hour and the guys were professional and knowledgable. 5 Star
