I got to be one of Julia’s final clients before she went to Greece. I had about 25 visits with her as she worked to remove all of my facial hair, except my mustache, which is the only hair I have ever let grown out. Julia has now given me the rest of my life without having to shave. She works very fast, literally showing the count on the machine after my one hour session. 999 Hairs! Julia is definitely an expert and I trust that she has chosen an expert to take over for her here. Thanks again for all the work and insuring that I was as comfortable as possible despite it inherently being a somewhat painful process at times. Have a great time in Greece!

I’ve been going to Derma Care for electrolysis since February 2022. I’ve tried laser hair removal in the past, which was not successful, but I am SO pleased with my progress since coming to Derma Care. Julia is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and her rates and cancellation policy are more than fair. My only regret is that I didn’t start coming sooner!

Julia is one of the best electrolysis specialist I have ever had! She is very professional, skilled and takes the utmost care in providing electrolysis. She is very knowledgeable and her rates are very reasonable compared to a lot of places I have seen in Toronto and Edmonton. Julia is also very accomodating with my schedule and always tries her best to find time to adapt to my changing class time. I have been going to Julia for over a year with breaks in between due to covid and have seen significant progress.

Julia is probably one of the best electrolysis technicians out there. She is very direct and has a no-nonsense personality, which I love about her, but it is not for everybody. She's been doing this for 30+ years and knows what she's talking about because the proof is in the results. She's booked back to back for a reason, so the negative reviews on here are just utter nonsense. If you don't like her policies then go elsewhere. I've called several places prior to finding her and the policies are pretty much the same. Her pricing is also very reasonable compared to other places. I would not change her for the world.

Julia and Maria are both skilled professionals, who are kind and accommodating, and are as invested in the results as the client is. They take the time to explain things, and are very personable. The clinic is always very clean, with a calming atmosphere. As long as you are patient and consistent with the process on your end, they will deliver the results you are looking for. I am very glad that I found them, I only wish I had found them sooner! I would certainly recommend their services, and I am grateful to have been a client of theirs.

I’ve been Going to Julie Since September, we do a session once a week , she is amazing , her facility is very clean and her practices are super safe and super effective , as a Trans female hair removal is part of Dysphoria and very crucial. She not only makes you feel safe and compassionate , she is an also very honest in helping achieve your goals, how to take care of your face and most effective initiative to keep moving forward with tour treatment . I have been coming to Julia for over a year now for electrolysis and have seen amazing results!I have fair/coarse hair and found that laser did not work for me in the past, but this has not been an issue during my electrolysis treatments with Julia. She is extremely skilled and efficient and overall has provided a great experience with electrolysis.
