Extremely poor service at the pharmacy had similar experience to others being called in or even had automated texts sent only to get there and find nothing is ready last time the one tech told me to come back in 10 minutes only to return and have him tell me he had yet to start it and for some reason was smiling as though he found it amusing. I just returned from the store tonight and instead of being to pick up medication 5 minutes before the store closed I arrived to find out they had locked the doors early and employees wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence all though seeing me outside just another example of the very poor service at this location. I’m not one to take the time to write reviews normally but this place drove me to it.

tried to buy a lottery ticket today because i’m newly 18 and the lady cashing me out denied me because she said i had to be 19. even after i said multiple times i’m pretty sure the law is 18. pls teach ur employees the correct rules and information

We have been dealing with Bolton Shoppers for 20 years, Shoppers is under New Management. I live near Rexall yet I still go to Shoppers, Why?...because Lucy in the Pharmacy still works there. Lucy has always been Professional, Friendly, Helpful, when we deal with Lucy there is a level of Trust, Comfort that we only have at Shoppers. Lucy is amazing, Thank You Lucy for all the years of Great Customer Service, Lucy You make a big difference.

Why is Shoppers in Bolton completely empty of over the counter cold medication? No Tylenol Cold or anything. Empty shelves.Luckily both Rexall and Zehrs pharmacy is well stocked.This is 3 times now Shoppers has been out of stock with something I needed. I think I am done.

Poor service. Some lady called to say my husbands prescription was ready but when he went there to pick up nothing was ready and the pharmacist said there was a mistake in the prescription. Really???? Shouldnt that be discussed before you call the customer or call the doctor to clarify if they can’t read the prescription? I have to say very poor problem solving skills.

I was in severe pain after an oral surgery yesterday and needed to get prescription painkillers fast.Since I already had to deal with this pharmacy in the past and was aware that the service there is ridiculously slow, I had my wife call the store to ask them to prepare the order to avoid having me wait in line in my condition. They said to come in 20 minutes, yet when we got there in 30, we were told they are not ready and were asked to wait another 20 minutes. And so I ended up pacing the isles trying my best not to vomit from the pain, while they took their sweet time counting 16 tablets.This is, hands down, the worst pharmacy I ever had to deal with. Not in terms of stock (they usually have what you need), but their unprofessional and inconsiderate staff.
