Visited this location Jul 2nd 2022 and was very disappointed. The tapioca was in lumps and very hard to chew! Tast like it was left overnight from the previous day.

Great bubble tea, smoothies, slushies, pastries, and more. As long as you know what you're doing and order the right things of course. $3-6 based on what I like to buy. Service takes around 1-2 minutes, and are nice enough. There are also bathrooms in the back. Probably would eat or drink in the car or at home because of how tiny and loud it is in there. Don't expect a seat if you go after school hours on a school day, crowded with students.

The best bbt in town.. Although I've tried so many brands I find myself going back to these guys the most. Their original bbt tea with tapioca is the real deal. Super creamy and beautifully brewed tea. Love at every sip.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this location!My wife usually gets bbt from here when we worked nearby pre-pandemic and since we were going to a friends place nearby, stopped in.First off, I got to try their holiday drink the espresso brown sugar pearls with milk tea crema, which is a mouthful to say, but a really nice amd strong espresso flavour comes through in the drink which was niceSecondly, the service was really good too! Got mine and my two friends drinks, a total of 8 drinks in less than 5 mins! Talk about wow!And would love to see this holiday drink hit the regular menu! Really loved the strong flavours that come through while still getting that brown sugar taste as well!Great job overall!Follow me on IG @thirst_and_taste for better pics and more amazing content!

Ordered 4 potion drinks.This location has made them the worst I have seen by far.The location as well is an awkward setup with its order to the right but yet everyone crowds on the left.Not sure where chatime thinks it's ok to cram in like this.

I used their website ordering platform. It was quick and straightforward. They called me right away to let me know of any changes that had to be made to my order. When it was ready, I received a text to go in and pick it up!The Very Berry Slush was mediocre for me. There were some hints of real strawberry, but most of it tasted very artificial (almost flavoured like strawberry jam?). I'll stick with some more of my usual orders (i.e. milk tea, qq juice) next time.

Falls short in comparison to other shops. Flavors often taste watered down and the tapioca can be old and soggy. It's not the best, but options are limited in the area.

I ordered the peach green tea. It was good. I went there when schools around the area had their break i guess. They were so many kids. Store had only one person working, it took me 30 minutes to order. She had Uber deliveries, pickups and ppl in queue.
