I love heading into this store to browse and get inspired! This is the closest thing Kelowna has to Anthropologie. A beautifully curated collection of unique gifts, home decor, jewellery and more. Not a place to come with little kids, lol! Every time I go to Alchemy I see things I hadn't noticed before. Beautiful store!

It's a very cute boutique. They have a variety of drawer knobs and it is really hard to choose from them because they all are cute. The store has a friendly vibe and drives me in every time I'm in downtown.

I bought my fiancées ring from here (TAP - it’s gorgeous) and I had a lot of questions, especially since I was buying it remotely from Vancouver. Mason was very well informed and kept me updated consistently. He took the time out to personally call me and address all my concerns. They have incredible customer service here and the staff really knows what they are talking about. Thank you so much for helping me with my purchase!

This shop is different. They have a little bit of everything, home pieces/accessories, crockery to candles, cushions, jewelry, perfumes and bags etc. The shop is unique. I have attached the pics for your reference. That is the only way to understand this place. Hope this helps.

I love Alchemy! Not only do they carry a wide range of high-quality and hard to find designer brands, the owners are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond in ensuring I loved the jewelry I purchased there and I look forward to working with them again in the future. They are also really knowledgeable about jewelry in general if you have questions or ideas. I would recommend them to anyone, especially if you want something a little more unique.

My mom bought me a ring today without me seeing it. It was on sale but she wasn’t told that it was final sale. When I brought it back (within an hour) because it was visibly scratched and in very poor condition (green glue and black scratches) the staff were rude and refused to help or give our money back. I was told that’s what you get with a sale item. Very poor service do not waste your money here

Super awesome shop! Fun, quirky selection of items on their webstore and I'm sure even better in person! I ordered from the website as I live in Edmonton and they also helped me put together a set of glass trees I saw in an Instagram post that weren't listed online. Totally went above and beyond to help me out. If I'm ever in Kelowna I'm definitely stopping in to shop in person. Thanks so much Alchemy! ❤
