I have been going to this place probably since it opened, which might be decades at this point.To this day it is still one of the top 3 places in Wpg in regards to collecting and procuring your precious music and movies. First VHS, CDs and DVDs, then Blu-rays, and now vinyl and cassettes (again). And a selection of video games sometimes.The best part though is that the owner is one of nicest, most helpful people you will ever meet.Super chill and easy to talk to. Same goes for others that work there. Top notch customer service, always. This shop is highly, highly recommended!Also just remember you can't park in front during afternoon rush hour.

I've been going to P.O.S. since 2006, when they were still selling VHS. Their courtesy, knowledge & humor is beyond reproach. I've purchased a lot of cool stuff from them, from sweet vinyl to my favorite horror movies! Love that store! Rock on!

I love this shop. Always find lots of cds in the vast collection. Well organized. Friendly staff. It's so much fun to go through what is on the shelves. Highly recommend this place if you're into music.

Tons of old CD’s and lots of great finds if you know what your lookin for! The staff is super polite even by the high standard set by most of Canada. Large selection and you can get lost for hours if you love old vinyls and CD’s. Please give it a look if your in town!

A good place to look for DVD or blue ray lots of selection. A lot of music c.d.'s as well. Staff is friendly. Although some of the music the staff chooses to play while you are browsing is not for everyone..... I would assume that people would be more inclined to stay and shop longer if there wasn't death metal playing. I understand that we all have different tastes in music,but I think playing music that may be a little more happy or positive may induce a more positive sale bracket.

I really enjoy popping into Planet of Sound to see what they currently have in stock.You never know what you're going to find; people come in all the time swapping and buying.I sold a movie and bought a few, a guy in front of me was doing the same thing but with CD's and whatnot. As a collector of physical media I can't recommend checking this place out enough!!!!

Dave and Kathy were so amazing! Super friendly so helpful and very knowledgeable. They were eager to help and guide and were so nice. This was my first time there, was taken by a regular customer and I am so going to be going back. Plenty of selection of cds, dvd, vinyl and even has laser disks. If u r into music or movies go check they out they know their stuff.
