Cardinal kitchens did a fantastic job and I love my beautiful kitchen, I receive many many compliments. Jamee was great to work with for the design and Martine was very helpful with the scheduling. Cardinal Kitchens was professional and did great work despite the pandemic causing a supplier backlog. While there were many hiccups along the way, Cardinal worked hard to resolve all the issues. Thank you!

In 2018, I had the pleasure to work with Terry who looked after the overall design, cabinetry and countertops during the complete renovation of our kitchen. The kitchen was installed by Mike, a real gentleman, who worked efficiently and very effectively. Overall, we had an outstanding experience with Terry and Mike at Cardinal.After three years, our kitchen by Cardinal still has that same WOW factor every time we look at it. The kitchen functions perfectly, just like the day after it was installed. The paint surface still looks brand new. Terry went above and beyond my expectations during the design, manufacturing and installation phases. Terry came to our home to see the flow of our home to make the best design possible. Cardinal did not upcharge us for this or that like a lot of other companies like to do. Their undercabinet lighting design is the best I have seen in the industry and keeps lighting costs under control. The doors and drawers open and close like they were brand new.I really appreciate what Cardinal Fine Cabinetry did for our home. I highly recommend this company for kitchen renovations. I will be looking forward to having Cardinal Fine Cabinetry update our master bedroom bathroom in the near future.

Poor quality materials. Several issues that have been unresolved for over a year. Very disappointed. Cannot recommend. Interesting that a google review attracts a more prompt response than direct contact as a client.Follow up to owners response: Perhaps take a look at outstanding customer issues as these complaints have already been raised directly with Martine on more than one occasion. Pardon me for feeling less inclined to help you at this juncture. At some point your company has lost my faith that any satisfaction was forthcoming. You will need to work harder than an innocuous google response of “please let us know how to help”. I’ve been clear and patient for over a year directly with your company.Either live with this honest critical review or do a better job.
