If you go to this store, ask for Simon. He cares about customers, bags and making sure everyone is happy. I have few M0851 bags, and brought my backpack recently for a repair. Simon did an amazing job helping me out with it.

Very good leather but the service is very bad I asked the girl ,she just showed where they're saying this is what I have without doing any efforts helping find what I was looking for

Let me start by saying I LOVE the two bags I've bought. However, I was in Montreal a( visiting from Calgary) and noticed that my 2 month old shoppers bag was half detached at the handle (the stitching had torn) . I went in to the store and asked if they could repair it. They said it would be 6 weeks! Since I only had one bag, I asked for another option. The retail woman gave me an address to go and get it fixed on my dollar! Since it was the main strap, I went and paid for it. I expected WAY better service as my bag was $500! Why didn't they say leave it for the day and pick it up later. It only took 10 minutes . Very disappointed with the service. But still love my bags!

I really wanted to love this brand but I would highly recommend avoiding them to anyone else. Both my brother and I got backpacks from here and after a little over a year, a strap from my brothers bag has completely torn off and the other is on its way. The interior of my bag has ripped from putting my laptop in and out. Because it's been over a year, there's no warranty for these fixes, which I find unacceptable for a 500 dollar backpack. These bags are no doubt made from beautiful material, but the Lack of durability makes it far from worth it. I know other bag brands that take the durability of their products much more serious and offer lifetime warranty within the normal scope of use. Those are the brands worth your money.

Petites trouvailles pour toutes les bourses. Vêtements aux lignes intemporelles. Service inégale selon les boutiques. Le niveau de langage est parfois à prendre avec un grain de sel ex. : Super discount ou tous les articles dans le corner sont réduits...
