We had the pleasure of working with Roger at Roundtree Landscaping and we are extremely happy with all the work that has done at our home. Cory and his crew came to do our interlock and we have received a lot of complements about it, the stone crew were all very friendly and easy to work with, they worked hard and finished the project right on schedule. Steve and his crew came to do our tree planting, again what a great crew! Very friendly and Steve's knowledge about all different plants and trees was invaluable. Hires my son . A week before school finishes. So my son' gives notice at present job. Spends 500 on necessary safety gear. Week before start date says can't wait the week sorry . Great business practice. What happened to the days when a handshake went somewhere.

Have been with them for over 10 years for snow removal and garden spring clean up. They are reliable, honest and very efficient. So very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend them.

Work done last year was fairly priced and done reasonably even though had to call them back to fill gaps between interlock steps. The fellow that came back was rushed and lacked attention to detail. This year colouring gone and joints look like carpenters glue was used and is messy looking. Called this Spring for a review of the project, but to my knowledge, it never happened! NO RESPONSE! DON'T CARE? Not a good business practice if the company would like to have referrals and/or repeat work.

First time customer for commercial house property and paved parking lot.Winter snow removal and walkway maintenance was great, they also did our spring cleanup. Everything done well and timely. friendly staff and very helpful. I highly recommend.

This company confirmed an appointment at my house for an estimate.I waited for over 2 hours, they never showed up, they never called to say they were late and they never called....period. What a great way to LOSE a new customer. Never again!

Ghosting R UsWish I could be commenting on the quality of work. Instead I’m dismayed that we never got out of the gate. Started off promising, with an in person evaluation and quote for lawn repair in late April. Owner said his crew would come clean up the yard, then we would do a nematode application for grubs as the first steps. We’re now a month later. Did my own clean up, did my own nematodes. Furthermore, I am getting no replies from this place following a recently missed scheduled meeting. I had also contacted them last fall to inquire about snow removal. Zero response. So, if you enjoy being ghosted, this is your place.

Roundtree was hired to build a small tiered garden to fix an erosion issue. The walls were too low and actually made the problem worse. Roger completely ignored the email noting the issues but was quick to issue an invoice. In addition to poor workmanship the so-called top soil they use is sand full of twigs and rocks. Stay away from this company.

Good people for stone work.After dealing with a competitor that gave us the runaround, Roger responded quickly, gave us an estimate for steps and landing to our back yard and was able to fit us in and do the job within the estimated planned date. Corey and Cody did a fine job! I recommend them.
