The store is very giant with a wide variety of products. Has an in-house chocolate booth, flower shop, wine, bakery, deli, cafe and much more. You have options between multiple brands to choose from .I feel that the store looks huge but doesn't really have a lot. All shelves were just half filled and the products were old. Mid way to the expiration. This is because the footfall is not much.

My favourite shopping place for fresh vegetables, fruits, cakes and groceries . You get a variety of fruits and multiple options. Garden center here as amazing flowers, pots etc. They prepare flowers bouquet as per customized orders and ready to pick ones. There were some rare variety of cheeses and milk products. Staff here are friendly and help us find right products. Had ordered birthday cakes from here, they were fresh tasty and well prepared. Lots of parking and wheelchair accessible.

Clean and large interior with a good selection of food products. Not too busy for a Sunday afternoon. Lanes are wide. Had to go to customer support to get service representative at the chocolate section.

Visited Highland Farms" for my weekly grocery run. Impressive variety and freshness in their produce section! Their in-house bakery offers an assortment of breads and pastries that are incredibly fresh and flavorful. The store layout is logical and clean

This grocery store is really huge and clean. At first, we were very surprised to see that they have almost an entire row dedicated to pastries and cakes, so those with a sweet tooth won't run out of choices. Additionally, they offer a wide selection of products, including baked goods, deli items, vegetables, and fruit. They also have an ice cream shop, a flower shop, and a wine shop.If you're feeling tired or hungry, they even have a café. Everything looks fresh, but the prices are quite expensive.

It’s one of my favourite grocery store in a Mississauga. It’s a huge store with large selections of everything. For example check out their tea selections you will understand what I saying/ Great selections of bake goods, fresh fruit and vegetables. Store is always super clean including their washrooms.I love the way how the shelf’s are stocked with goods. Especially the fruits and vegetables.I can’t get enough of the pastries and cakes. Oh my goodness. I love their cheese cakes.Huge selections of coffee.If you are in the area check them out and don’t forget your cheesecake.

This morning, Saturday June 24, Indian lady working in the refrigerated bagged salads and spinach section yelled at me for picking up and looking at 1 (One) baby spinach package.This is a grocery store, customers do like to look at the vegetables before putting them in their grocery cart.Also, a couple months ago, Indian girl cashier mistakenly charged me the price of expensive broccolini for the regular broccoli I was buying. When I got my refund at the customer service desk, the customer service desk employee explained to the cashier the mistake she did. The Indian lady cashier just shrugged it off and walked away.Would have been customer service oriented if she apologized or at least acknowledged her error.I've been going to this Highland Farms for over 20 years. It's been going downhill over the past few years with this new generation of employees.For today's issue, I will shop at another grocery store for the next month. Your store just lost $500+ worth of sales from me for the next month.

Wonderful customer service from the floral shop! Ask for Ann, she is consistently carries a wonderful vision and has creativity beyond expectations. This is the primary reason why we always come back to Highland farms, not only for the service that goes above and beyond but their wonderful array of flowers as well! :)
