Brad will sit at his desk and Lie right to your face. You will not get what you expect and when you ask why he blatantly lied he will just stop talking to you and hide away like the scam artist he is.He contracted a painter who completed the work. Once the work was done he asked the contractor to remove all baseboards and to paint the area that may be exposed when new flooring went in the following day.This is a flooring company!!!! Why would you wait for the paint to be done and then have the guy remove baseboards?!!!! Clearly you can not just roll a strip like that you need to scrape off what's there and, sand and patch where needed then paint. The painter was unable to get it done in the time frame as he was working alone and to be honest it would have take 3 workers in that time crunch.The job was done ! He didn't pay him a penny and is justified in his mind because of rlthe base boards.
