We went for the experience. I'm not sure what I expected, but my 11 year old and I were BLOWN AWAY. The musicians (Buddy Macdonald and Rachel Davis) were better than we ever could have expected. If we had more than 1 night in Baddeck, I would have gone again. Don't miss this if you are in the area.

You will be tapping your toes or clapping your hands to the music before night's end. You may even cry a little as music moves you. The atmosphere can be electric. It's an intimate setting and everyone will be welcoming.

A wonderful time! DO NOT MISS if your are in Baddeck in the evening.The room being wider than it is deep, the performance becomes an intimate and informal affair, with the artists able to genuinely engage with an enthusiastic, mostly CB (I believe) audience.At halftime, tea and oat cakes are served to make sure we all get to know each other.Lotsa good questions and thoughtful answers. You cannot hear this music and not be happy.
