The worst tim Hortons in collingwood. They always serve cold tea and says its because i added three cream. And tea is hot from every other Tim with 3 cream except for this one.!

If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointed with the customer service and food. Ordered a regular chilli and potato wedges. Chilli was cold and potato wedges were cold and Burnt. Asked to be fixed and received the same as we got. Highly don’t recommend visiting this Tim Hortons. Will no be returning

We placed our order in drive through and when we reached to the take out window, the guy talked to us very rudely and refused to give us our order and asked us to go back. Even though they made a mistake, he refused to acknowledge. They must work on behavioural skill.

Cold Tea and old Coffee. Always and always. If it was for once its fine but my every single morning starts with these. I have switched to hot chocolate and French Vanilla as it requires minimal contribution of people in there. We can see they are all there not for customers but for other purposes but still a little value for money will be appreciated!

A rude , slow , unprofessional Indian lady . First of all anything we ask to order , she said we don’t have it . It was not short of product. She don’t have knowledge of products. I have highly request to store manager to give a Canadian stander training to your staffs . 0 customer service . If there was less than one star I would I have give .

Its a primarily a drive thru store. The drive thru is quite large because you have to around the whole building, those who have done it know what I mean. Service was fast and efficient. Had to have my Timmie'sAll of our local restaurants have been hit hard during Co-Vid 19, Please get out and support our local restaurants.

Extremely disappointed with the service and quality of this location. Overflowing coffee spilling all over the counter/floor, employees dropping orders on customers shoes from an overcrowded pickup counter, and making you wait 10 minutes for a bagel. For a location so close to a tourist destination, you would think staff and management would be trained properly. It’s best to just avoid this location completely.

The service at this location is sad and after today I refuse to eat here again.Today I placed a mobile order online and when I went to pick it up not that long after they told me they didn’t receive any online orders. I then showed them the receipt. They tried to tell me that the order was placed for Thursday and proceeded to point at the screen where the only information shown was “take out and the address”. I then showed them the email confirmation which was definitely placed for today date and time matching what I said. After which they said they could make me it at that moment but were out of chili and wedges to which I responded that it was fine. Not even a minute into waiting I look over and see my receipt with my food sitting on the counter. The order was still not complete missing 10 timbits and a ice capp.After I had left I opened the bag and everything looked inedible. The two chicken wraps were undercooked and covered in dead and wilting lettuce that looked like they took it from the trash, the chili was stone cold and came with no spoon or bread, the wedges were rock hard and the 10 timbits I ordered were supposed to be all honey dip but weren’t.Long story short avoid this place.

Ordered 20 assorted timbits and got a box of plain ones with a couple honey dip thrown on top. Thanks for the dog treats I guess
