Sunday afternoon 7pm april 2 2023.Totally disgusting unsanitary and unacceptable! Bunch of employees including young woman manager chatting and making jokes in the kitchen. Very few customers at the restaurant and more than enough employees to pick up this mess but they don’t care. I’m reporting this to Mcdonald’s Canada.

Went to McDonald’s for breakfast drive thru. After waiting for 8 mins in the same spot with multiple cars ahead I decided go inside with my young son.Ordered my food on the machine. Paid for it. Screen says it can’t print receipt. So how will I know when they call out my order? Advised the girl behind the counter (who was angrily yelling out numbers from the first try already) of my situation. She told me she’ll call out my order in detail so I know it’s me. (She did nothing to correct the machine malfunction)Waited 40 minutes standing around for my order like a dummy with all the other clients while all the while noting lthat everyone working there couldn’t even manage a SINGLE BRISK movement.When my order finally arrived they angrily yelled 992 several times but never called out the order like they said. Just kept yelling louder and louder. I figured out it was my order so I asked for a manager to share my experience. I started to complain but the “manager” just rolled her eyes and walked away from me mid first sentence.McDonald’s treats its customers like sheep.INCREDIBLE!!!

Placed an order on mobile app. The second I placed it I got an error. Ok, things happen. Go inside, wait a good 10 minutes before anyone shows up at the cash. Thankfully, it was smooth sailing once the person did show up.Sandwich quality was okay. No more no less.Fries were okay as well. Not piping hot, but not cold and soggy.

Ordered for pickup. Asked the window clerk if all was in the bag at pickup. They confirmed yes! I said great! Drove off to where we were eating after hockey practice. Open bag, 1 burger missing. Not good. Had to go out and find a piece of pizza nearby for our 3rd person to have something to eat as McDonald's would not deliver the missing burger. Not good.

Chicken Big Mac - I'm not really a fan of the Big Mac sauce, so this one didn't surprise me, it's a big Mac made with big nuggets. I'd rather prefer a double bacon deluxe McCrispy.

If I could rate the food here no stars I would. Me and my friend got a sundes and a cone took about 7min. I had a bite of my sundae and it tastes funny and weird he told me not to worry. When he got his he tried it and knew something was absolutely wrong. It as chucks and taste old like it was from two days ago. After two bite me and him felt absolutely sick and with running to the bathrooms to throw up. We knew it wasn't normal for it to taste like that. Never coming back here again worst experience ever.

Slowest McDonald's ever in line for 30 minutes now at the drive through and still haven't been able to place an order cuz the line isn't moving at all.... terrible service, worst i have ever seen!!!
