After encountering a soiled carpet from cat urine in the basement, I called and spoke to Francine to schedule an appointment for a professional cleaning. She explained all of the products and pros of the services they offer. She was very knowledgeable. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday but it had to be later in the day due to time commitments (my end). They happily accommodated my request and just completed the job. The guys Jamie and Julio were professional, courteous, timely and very knowledgeable. They went to work right away, tidied up after and even did a small staircase without being asked. I’m happy they did because the carpet was in need of a good clean.In any event, I am happy with the quality of their work and their professionalism. I will use them again in the future.
