Loving Spoonful Gluten Free Food
Talk about a game changer for people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivities.When I was diagnosed with celiac disease, my life changed dramatically, particularly when it came to the foods I can eat. I have tried many different gluten free breads and all of them were barely eatable, in my opinion. This was something that didn't sit well with me as bread and biscuits were something I really enjoyed before being diagnosed and thought I would never be able to enjoy again....I then tried the Garlic cheese buns from Loving Spoonful Gluten Free Foods and they are to die for. The flavour is out of this world and the texture is excellent!It is such a great feeling finding a bun that I can eat and truly enjoy. I look forward to discovering what other delicious options Loving Spoonful can add to my gluten free lifestyle.

Loving Spoonful Gluten Free Food
Definitely make it out the the Western Fair Market to try Loving Spoonful's fresh deserts and frozen items! I have tried many of their deserts and have never been disappointed.They are the only bakery I know of in London that makes gluten free meat pies and I am so glad they do. I have tried both the chicken and the beef, and they are both delicious.I also finally tried the onion rings...I haven't had onion rings for 6 years...what a treat!Can't wait to go back and get more.

Some of the best gluten free food I've had! Will definitely be back for more. The owner was telling us that she is celiac and her husband is a chef - the delicious food is definitely a testament to that!

Loving Spoonful Gluten Free Food
Definitely worth the drive to the Western Fair Market! Loving Spoonful has a wide selection of gluten free fresh pastries and frozen foods. I often go to buy their biscuits and quiche, but all other items I’ve tried have been delicious as well. Thank you for catering to those with celiac disease in London, ON!

Bought a Gift Card for my mom as she's on a Gluten Free diet. Owners are incredibly kind and went above & beyond to help me as I'm out of Province and couldn't drop it off.Incredible service & great food selection! I know my mom will love it ALL! <3
