Steve and his team are AMAZING. Very knowledgable, professional and supportive. We had a quality issue with a product from a supplier and he returned the product without hesitation. They have unbelievable customer service standards. As long as we own a pet they will be our only store we shop!

we’ve enjoyed using their ongoing pet food delivery service for years. Super reliable. I’m rating them 5 stars today simply because when I went to my front door tonight after their knock, I realized how much we appreciate this company. fresh dog food; standing order; hassle-free. You’d think with this level of service would cost more but it doesn’t. (note: I received nothing for writing this review)

They beat Petplanets price and gave me the same bag amount from previous store to count toward my free bag. They are great with returns *I recently had to return an opened bag because my pet didn't agree with it*. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
