The UPS Store

I've been to this UPS many times for parcel pick ups and haven't had any issues, because of this I decided to try their printing services. I printed a couple pages which the lady there charged $0.15 per page plus a $1.50 processing fee"

Warning if you have items shipped to this location. I had to pay an additional $10 for a parcel receiving fee". When I was given the option by UPS to ship to this store I was not informed of this. It seems this location charges a fee to receive a UPS package

I got my passport photos done here and the customer service was fantastic. The whole appointment took 10 minutes and the clerk ensured my photos were valid for the Canada passport program. I would highly recommend getting passport photos done here.

Great location and service. I have a mailbox here and it is a perfect virtual address. Get my Amazon deliveries here as well, and always contact when i have a delivery. Very friendly and efficient. Love this service!

Jenson, the young man behind the counter was very attentive and courteous and efficient in talking care of my package of documents being sent to the US. He knew all the forms that needed to be filled in and took care of myself and another customer at the same time. The place was quite full of activity and packages so it looks like a needed service in this area!

I am resigned that the drivers will never actually buzz the number any more. The least I can expect is to be dealt with well at the pick up location.The main lady working here is extremely rude and I have encountered this many times when picking up. Today I felt compelled to review. A clearly elderly lady called the store this morning and was put on speaker while I was obtaining my package (why put them on speaker?). The UPS store worker was rude and dismissive to this lady as she became more and more upset as she did not understand that she actually needed to contact UPS directly.I pointed out that the lady on the phone was clearly upset, hard of hearing and confused. The worker just shrugged and said she needed to call UPS but did not explain this to the caller. Others in the store we clearly upset with the way this elderly lady was being treated on the phone. I again appealed to the worker to deal with the lady properly and politely and she refused. It would have taken 2 minutes of care and respect to deal with the caller. I would have happy waited.I left frustrated that a confused elderly lady is now no nearer to a solution. The worker has been similarly dismissive and rude on many occasions to me. I can handle it but once she is like that to elderly ladies then something needs to be addressed.The store opened late again

Don’t use this service point, save yourself time and trouble. It has been years, this place pretty much has no service. Every time she asked customers to put shipping parcels away for her. Today, there was a note saying Break/ back at 3:05pm. I was waiting under the burning sun, after it passed 3:05pm the door was still locked. I knocked the door, no answer. Later I found a passing by UPS driver and helped me with my parcel. Then, I found the door was opened for food delivery. How terrible!

Good service, quick, efficient, just had to drop a box. Was informed what I had to do, they have tape to attach a receipt to the box that I didn't know it was required, and it all went well.

Mickey is the best. A driver dropped off my parcel at this location but forgot to inform that properly in the tracking info - it was showing Delivered" to an unknown zip code
