I cannot begin to describe how grateful I am for counselling at Modern Psych. I have done therapy on and off for the last couple years and the transformation has been absolutely incredible. My therapist was so warm, compassionate, authentic, and empathetic, while still kindly pointing out what I needed to hear from time to time (such as self-limiting beliefs or negative thought patterns). She has gone above and beyond to provide me with amazing action steps, tools, and resources that I continue to implement. I highly recommend counselling at Modern Psych - you will suffer less, move through trauma, and step into the best version of yourself!
