We came to PM after dealing with another kitchen company. We had incurred many hidden costs and given a sizeable deposit, but we quickly realized that we did not want to work a company that had difficulty pricing their product and difficulty with transparency. We decided to forgo our deposit with this other company and thankfully we ended up at PM. A friend of ours recommended PM Cabinetry. Paul, the owner of PM, and his crew were highly recommended to us and after seeing the quality of workmanship and meeting with Paul, we quickly decided to move forward.In my initial meeting with Paul, the owner of PM, he provided a quick and easy quote. No nonsense, no surprises, and no hard selling. I walked in off the street, gave him my plans and he quoted me in a few minutes. I had many questions for Paul and he was patient and gave thorough explanations. Prices are extremely reasonable. But, this is not a situation where you get an amazing price and compromise on quality. You get an amazing price with top quality materials, along with excellent customer service. When you call PM, you will get Paul. He ALWAYS answers his phone. He is extremely hands on. I had no trouble meeting with him and he was always responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. He will put you at ease and wants to make sure you understand the product you are getting before you move into production. For someone like me who is detail oriented, I appreciated his attention to detail and his patience with answering questions. Paul puts his name on the cabinetry and he takes this very seriously. He came to our house to personally take final measurements and went through each and every detail of our plans to ensure that everything was perfect.I also worked with PM’s designer, Nelson, to create drawings for our home. Again, I had no trouble getting in touch with Nelson. He was responsive, easy to work with, and made changes in a timely manner. He understands the challenges faced by the homeowner when dealing with numerous decisions and he made changes to my drawings and helped me make decisions about design. He is extremely meticulous and pays close attention to symmetry and balance. Even after numerous calls and emails, Nelson never made me feel like a bother. He was always positive and reassuring and it was a pleasure working with him.Moving forward to install day, PMs crew showed up and their head installer, Paul, was running the show. He was very courteous, polite, and he worked extremely well with the other trades in the house. He made sure to carefully maneuver around our home and he was mindful of the fact that the walls and trim had just been painted and that our floors were finished. This meant A LOT. I can’t tell you the number of trades that dropped tools on the floor, smashed things into the walls, or banged into the finished trim. Accidents happen, I can appreciate that, but I could instantly see that PMs crew was careful and courteous.Install was meticulous. And Paul, the installer, had excellent communication and asked a number of questions to be sure that cabinets were installed without any issues.I would, without reservation, recommend PM Cabinetry. You will not be disappointed. Excellent prices, top quality materials and workmanship, and hand ons customer service by the owner and his crew. From start to finish, it has been a pleasure working with this company. If you are looking for cabinetry, don’t walk, run to PM!

Paul and his team are fantastic in all they do. They are professional and highly skilled in thier craft. From concept, to design, to installation, they do not dissapoint. We've had them build and install custom pieces in our house a number of times, and it has always been a positive experience. It's easy to see why they are so successful.

We had a kitchen done by Paulo 2 years ago. I like to wait a while before I review such a large purchase. A kitchen like that should last many years. After 2 years, our beautiful kitchen shows no sign of wear and tear. No cracks at all. We are very happy with our kitchen. All of our friends are envious of our kitchen and that's all they talk about. Initially, we had got 20 quotes for our kitchen. We made sure we were very informed before we made our final decision. Paulo's price came in mid-range, but his service and courtesy was next to none! He was very patient and easy to work with, and were not his easiest clients. We made many changes to our kitchen plans. He obliged every time. After he finished our kitchen, we hired him to do our bathroom vanity, and that turned out beautiful as well. It looks high end. I cannot express enough my satisfaction with my cabinets. I had 3 built-in wall units, 4 closet organizers and a kitchen island installed last week. The entire process from the planning to the installation was amazing!!’ The staff are second to none - from meeting with Nelson for the plans, communicating with Paul/manager, and the installation team Paul & Christiano.
