Escape Salon and Day Spa

I took my 6 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced, and the lady was so friendly and patient and was wonderful with my daughter who was quite nervous. She explained everything every step of the way. It was an excellent experience. I would reccomend this place to get your childs ears pierced instead of the mall.

Welcoming and clean place. Very professional. I went with some friends and we were all pleased with the piercing process. They explained the process as they went and were open to answering all our questions.

Rachel is an absolute AMAZING hairstylist. She is very professional and talented. I would recommend her hands down. 5 stars!!

My daughter got her ears pierced there. The lady that Pierce's is great for kids. The first one had my daughter Yelp a little. She put numbing cream on the 2nd ear because of her response. She took her time and did a good job

My daughter had her ears pierced here for her 3rd birthday. Lumi did a great job! She took her time, meticulously placed the earrings and managed to pierce both ears with no tears! Overall a very positive experience.

Amazing! Adriana does the most amazing job. I always leave the place with a very nice look and a big smile on my face. All the ladies that work here are very friendly and polite. There are some customers that are very loud, but there is nothing that they can do about it.I go to the salon with a picture or more, or an idea of how I want my hair to look, but Adriana always surprises me in a nice way.

I brought my daughter here to have her ears pierced. I did not want to bring her to a mall setting as I didn’t trust the cleanliness and methods. Escape used the Inverness system which is what I had also wanted. The piercing was done well and they gave me a bottle of cleaning solution included in the approximate $80 total.My review is only a 3 star because I found the ambience of the salon to be pretentious. Both my mother and mother in law wanted to attend the appointment so with myself and my two small children (one an infant and one a toddler) there were 5 of us in total. The employee assisting us expressed concerns that the room might not be big enough. There was absolutely more than enough space. We were particular on the placement of the piercings and I found her to be irritable and sarcastic with us.Additionally, another employee entered the room in the middle of the appointment (after the marker dots were applied) and advised her client could not get in her car because my mother in law’s vehicle was too close to hers. My mother in law was parked in the handicap spot and was inside the lines. They acted as if they were inconvenienced by her and were not kind in asking her to shift over. My mother in law is a very considerate woman and would have gladly helped but we were all surprised at the tone of voice. The implication was also urgent as if she needed to limp out of there immediately and miss the piercing.Overall, they were clearly well trained but I wouldn’t return here for anything else.

If you are looking to have have your child's ears pierced, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this salon. Luminita was warm, friendly and precise. She walked our daughter through every step and took time to make her feel comfortable.

I recently went to Escape Salon and Day Spa to get my hair done by Rachel Stemmler. I left the salon feeling amazing and refreshed. The salon is open, clean and welcoming. Rachel is such a knowledgeable hairstylist, I learned so much about my hair. I had never gotten my hair dyed before and she made my first experience amazing. She is so nice, friendly and professional. I would and will definitely recommend her.The picture I added is of my transformation, I LOVE it.
