black mold in my house for weeks refusing to come deal with it ! yet if my washer brakes there here right away witch is nice but why are you not coming to the other half of the eamil about black mold! vary hard to reach does not pick up the phone or respond to eamils ect!!!

Great company to rent with!I have only been renting with them for a short while and am highly impressed with the not only the customer service, but also the unit in which I am renting. As a new graduate, I have rented with various different companies in a few different cities. In my experience, I have never been so satisfied or happy to call a ppce home. Would highly recommend renting through bk property management

I have loved my BK rental experience The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and treat the properties like their own. Our unit is brand new and we couldn’t be happier with it. Any issue that has come up was dealt with right away in a very professional manner. I would recommend renting from the company to my friends and family members.

We moved to the Midland area in 2017 and have been renting with BK since then. The staff are awesome, amazingly friendly and always willing to help out.There are property managers and there are property managers that care and BK truly shows caring to the tenants.

Constantly block us in our driveway with their contractors and never respond to complaints. They’re bullies. We love our home but this company is a company and doesnt have a human touch they will not treat you like dignity even though this is our home. They won’t listen when they continue to push back. It’s so frustrating and the feeling is powerless so obviously I get upset on the phone and they hang up. Awesome stuff. But properties and treat tenants like low life’s.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Poor communication within the company. They made me pay their utilities from before we rented. You cannot call, and they never tell you their name when emailing. They threated to file papers for not paying rent when it was paid, then said it was a miscommunication. I could keep going on. Worst property management company I have ever come across

I have been renting my apartment since August 2017 with BK. As a late in life, first time renter, I cannot say enough about the BK Team. Brady and Kristy and their wonderful staff are honestly the best. I am always amazed about the prompt response I get to any concerns or repairs. I know I would not get this quality of service from anywhere else in Barrie. It has given me a great sense of comfort knowing that I do not have to worry because they truly make sure their tenants are well looked after! Thank you!
