I reluctantly admit that I eat at A&w a few times a month. Not sure what it is about this location but they have by far the best burgers!! The patties aren't as salty as most places.The kid at the drive-thru window is super friendly and welcoming.

We ordered at drive thru around 11am. We wait for so long for our orders. We ordered 4 canadian breakfast,4 coffee,burger and yam fries. Sadly when they handout our food its already cold. The butter for the pancake they put on the top of the egg. And 2 coffee is missing. We are really disappointed. The guy who served the food is very polite and good attitude. But the staff who taking an order in the drive thru,she need to clear and repeat all the orders. Just make it sure everything is right and also the lady in the window we are taking with her but she not responding and keep ignoring us. All my concern here they should know how to handle customer service not being rude. They should enjoy the job that they have. Because a lot of people doesn't have job but for them they are lucky to have a job. Owner should keep on eyes with the staff.

Slow service 15-20mintue with in drive thru. Untrained personnel. Probably shouldn't have changed locations.

If going through the drive through be ready to wait. Very slow. Not fast food at all. Everything else was great. Food was fine. Staff was friendly.

A&W is the spot for burgers. Mcds and burger King can't come close to the level of quality and service compared to A&W. Customer service is great at this location and food was quick !

Went to get breakfast after work then I realized I never had my wallet asked if they could cancel my order Thomas said he would paid for it and the breakfast was pretty good. Thanks you Thomas for doing that
