Customer service agent Evelyn was so rude to me today at Canada post. She was not at all in mood of working and serving customers. Definitely need to learn ethics before working here!

I've never had such consistently unhelpful people at Canada Post.One time, I was told to it would cost $1 for a strip of tape to seal a box.Another time I was told to wait in a huge line when dropping a prepaid parcel. I've shipped hundreds of prepaid parcels from post offices all over, and am always allowed to leave it on the counter.

So my package got sent to this post office because they couldn’t deliver to our condo, we went to pickup this parcel at 3pm, an hour before close, and the young girl told us their systems/computers were down so we would have to come back. 2 days later we come in to get our package again, and an older lady who claimed to be a manager told us they’d sent our package back as its been too long. We told her we came to pick it up two days ago and what the prior girl had said and she said that was impossible as she was the only one working, and she also stated that it’s impossible for their systems to be down as it’s never happened before. Both of these employees were extremely rude and unhelpful, ive waited 3 months for this package and now it’s returned due to their incompetence and laziness. These employees should not work at a post office if their just going to waste customers time and not do their jobs properly. Absolutely ridiculous. The worst customer service I have ever had. Canada post should be ashamed at the staff they’ve hired to represent them so poorly.

I was mailing out prints multiple times last week for about $2.95. Went in on Thursday to mail some more, and this grumpy woman was working. She told me that it was going to cost almost $20 to mail my prints. I then told her that I had been mailing out the same size envelopes all week for $2.95. She went on this huge rant about how the envelope was too big and wouldn't fit on the conveyor belt or something in the factory. Having multiple envelopes to mail, I decided that I would just go somewhere else. Then another employee approached, and instead of letting me get on my way, the grumpy woman asked me for the envelope and decided to use it as a feedback tool for the other employee who just approached... except she said NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY AND I'M GETTING REALLY MAD

We posted 8 boxes to Los Angeles today, Jadyn explained the procedures to us very patiently and with respect! she and another colleague provided excellent service to us! Thank you so much! Best Wishes to you!

I was there a couple minutes early and she wouldn't help me. Just said they were closed and walked away.

I came to this location to deliver a parcel from my home address to California. I paid the lady and she said it would take 2 business days, handed me a receipt and I went on my way. However, the box ended up being mailed to MY home address instead of California. I was a bit shocked by this considering the box clearly said To" and "From"

We’ve sent many packages and mail items through this post office.!It’s a always a good experience.!Efficient, friendly and reasonably priced.!I give them five stars.!

The girl here has been sending many items for me from here with no problems. Today she says she cant send my mail and it's basically too bad because shes not working there after tomorrow. Maybe after tomorrow this place will get a good review...

Came with a package, customs form and QR code all ready to go.Staff spent 5 min fumbling through their computer to try and generate a label. I ran out of patience pretty quickly here.For $160 you'd probably want people to know how to handle their own job and send your stuff across the globe with confidence.Not happening here.I will be shipping through a different company.
