Be Safe Tire

Went in with my apparently new (used) car to find that the safety wasn't done properly. All the brakes were bad and they found the knocking that was apparently eluding the original dealer's mechanic. Paul worked on my car. What a professional and thorough inspection and job. Kept me in the loop the entire time and replaced rotors and pads on the spot. Can't complement them enough. Gino, the owner, was excellent, as well.Ignore the complainers... this place is clean, professional, thorough and punctual.

Rob and his team are unbelievably professional, kind, caring and efficient! Had a last minute issue, and Rob went way out of his way to help me. Canadian Tire was going to charge me $1400 and I called this shop, spoke with Rob and let’s just say I paid less than half of that amount! It’s not just the price. He is honest and upfront about what was going on not get and had clear communication the whole time. Thanks again to Rob and his team, I will forever come here!

Stumbled upon this place by accident. But will now ALWAYS recommend them.I was stopped by a friendly stranger who told me my wheel looked like it was about to fall off in the same plaza “be safe” is located in. I walked in and received the best customer service I have received from an auto body shop possibly ever. They went right to work to figure out the problem which was the rim. They brought me out, showed me and explained in detail the problem. They didn’t have a rim in shop that fit my vehicle but wasted no time to order one in town and pick it up within half an hour. I was in and out in a couple hours. While I waited they had free wifi, was offered a coffee and had a comfortable waiting area.Thank you so much again for all your work and impeccable customer service.

Gino and Rob do an outstanding job running this place. I bring them a small fleet and they keep our wheels turning. Keep up the awesome work not to mention your prices are absolutely fantastic. You guys keep us all at Opus Mechanical extremely happy.

Tried to buy tires from them. One partner, Robert gives me a price which was good and other partners Gino says he can’t honour it. Very unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

I went to the plaza to get my tires changed from another shop but there was a long wait so I ended up going to Be Safe Tires. They were able to take in my car with a short wait and the price offered was much better than the market rate. They have a nice sitting area from where you can see the work being done on your vehicle through the window. I had my own tires that needed to be mounted, balanced and installed on the vehicle and they were able to get that done quickly.

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. They assist you by showing you options and price comparisons before working on your vehicle. Workmanship has always been excellent from my experience with them over the past several years. They even helped me get to and from home while my vehicle was on the lift for the afternoon.There’s none of the nonsense I experienced at local dealerships ... I’d recommend them to anyone, no matter what make or model you have.

Gino is a good guy, genuinely cares for his customers. I overheard him talking to a customer on the phone who was having issues with his brakes, even though the shop was super busy with snow tire installs he made the time for this customer so the customer wouldn't compromise his own safety.Lots of joking around and you can see that they have great relationships with people in the community.
