Spirit Halloween

Every year this store captures my heart. Halloween is my all time favorite holiday! I wish this place was open year round, there are always so many cool decorations and fantastic costumes. I definitely go out of my way to come here

Unbelievably rude management. They follow customers around taking pictures of them on they’re phone. They accused of stealing in the middle of the store while shopping with no proof asking the customer to be patted down. Again no proof of anything. Nothing was stolen or pocketed, they simply assumed because of a persons appearance they steal. I can’t believe this type of behavior and how aggressive they became. This is not ok and I am highly disappointed in they’re behavior. Unbelievably disappointed. Don’t shop there unless you want a stripe search before leaving

I purchased a sand worm Garden ornament May 2022 it never actually got shipped it just said at the warehouse but I gave it the benefit of the doubt to the expected delivery date and nothing! reached out to the company asking for details when it will arrive and nothing it wasn't until I got an automated email asking to review the item where I said one star.. can't review the item because I never actually received it but they took my payment immediately.I have now been in contact with three different people in the company and numerous emails, every time they promised me a refund but it's going to take 3 weeks??I never received the refund each time- beware the online version of this company is a complete scam.I reported fraud to my credit card company! Buyer beware just because the shop opens up in your local Town doesn't mean they are trustworthy. $187 I'm stillawaiting my refund July 2022 for an item that tracking said never left the warehouse but they said lost in transit.

Past 2 times I've been here staff have accused me of stealing or followed me around. Today I was holding a pair of lashes and an employee physically ripped it out of my hands and told me he was going to take it to the front. I wasn't even sure if I was going to buy the specific set of lashes but I ended up buying them anyways. Had 2 employees following me around and staring me down. If this happens againd I will be filing a formal complaint

Most of the employees were friendly but the guy with red hair decided to tell me the haircut I have is cringey then said sorry it’s because his father has the same haircut. I didn’t go there expecting to be insulted or hear about your daddy issues, it was just kind of uncomfortable. The ladies at the counter were very nice though.

I was reluctant to visit the store because of the poor customer service reviews. However, my experience today was great. Plenty of staff around to help customers find what they are looking for, and all very pleasant and well spoken. Great experience and lots of Halloween costumes to choose from.

Wonderful selection on quality Halloween decorations, costumes, weapons, make up. Every year we look forward to this place opening and can easily spend a hour looking at things and making purchases for our decor or costumes.

awful customer service. was accused of stealing when the item i had was literally the last left, and was on the rack in plain sight, he argued with me about they path i took and said i didn’t put it away. publicly humiliated and had a panic attack. you guys truly suck and berated a young woman, sure as hell won’t ever be back there, neither will my family and friends after they hear about this. do better.

Disgusting treatment of customers.Employee followed my girlfriend and I around and then accused her of stealing with no proof or logical reason. Despite admitting he had no proof it he continued to harass her make false claims until we left. Don’t shop here. Ever

For the store itself: was rather small, but they had some cute stuff.That being said, this old guy who was watching the door when I walked in with my partner left to very obviously follow us around the store. Another employee said hi then he very loudly told her to watch the door when she passed us. He proceeded to very obviously follow and watch us everywhere we went. I just wanted to look around because I love cute Halloween stuff and was in the area, but I felt like if I spent too long looking at one thing he'd accuse me of stealing so I avoided touching anything.I know I was wearing a baggy hoodie, but that doesn't automatically mean I'm going to steal something. Didn't realize I needed to dress up nicely to go here. First time in my life I've ever been so obviously profiled. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence. If they treat so many customers as potential thieves they obviously don't care about our business.
