I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for a diagnosis and repair.The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to keep the price as close to the estimate they provided despite the extra work they had to do. I will be returning in the future. Highly recommended.

I am a big believer in supporting local business. That is why I had been a regular customer of Beaverbrook Service centre for the past 5 years, even though we have had minor problems with the service that require repeat trips back to the shop to rectify. These included things like an oil filter not tightened and leaking all over my garage, exhaust system not mounted correctly after repair. I've also noticed a general lack of attention to detail such as letting the car leave the shop without checking that all lights and lamps are functional, not lubricating all latches and hinges with oil changes, and improper tire inflation pressure with winter tire changes. Despite these annoyances with the lack of attention to detail and quality of workmanship we kept coming back as the staff I had been dealing with (Frank) was friendly and I liked the idea of supporting the local business.After my most recent (and final) experience with Beaverbrook Service Centre (in which I dealt with the owner) I can no longer recommended this service centre to anyone for even simple jobs. It became clear to me that not only is this shop is lacking in quality of workmanship, but also lacking in perhaps the most important aspect of a quality service centre: customer care. We had a repair done that required us to bring the car back FOUR (4) times for them to get everything right. The fourth time I came in I was rightfully annoyed and tried to communicate this to someone. Frank was away on vacation and the owner "(he never even gave me his name other than tell me he was the owner) was at the reception. Before I could even fully explain the history of the job he cut me off was defensive

Great experience here. My father has gone here for years but this is the first time I've brought my own car in for fixes and I'm very impressed. Friendly and informative help. You really know they aren't here to play games and charge you for fixes you don't need. Prices are reasonable as well. Definitely will be coming back.

Your local, friendly shop that looks after you. I appreciate the friendly neighborhood feel of this shop. We've had regular tire change and maintenance since - no issues and on time. Zero wait for retorquing tires. Is recommend this shop to anyone.

Highly recommend Beaverbrook Service Center. I called on a Monday afternoon because I needed my battery replaced, and had my car ready for me to come get it by noon on Tuesday. Great and quick service, and well priced.

I’ve been coming here for years for our tire changes and minor work. Every time I’ve had nothing but a good experience. Tony is very honest and really amazing with his work. Very friendly staff. They are and will always be my go to garage ❤️
