Very poor communication. This dealership had a car that I was interested in and I emailed them numerous times to get more information… I spoke to two different people and they were just giving me the runaround I couldn’t get a straight answer.Last night I emailed again, just to find out the car was sold. I’ve been dealing with an Audi of Kitchener for the last six years and they’re much much more professional.

I am going to update my previous 4-star review to 1-star. In fact, upon further reading, I plan on filing a complaint and/or claim against Audi Barrie for selling me a car with tires that were completely worn out, and which has required me to fill the oil twice in less than 3,000 kms.I bought a 2018 Q7 in January 2023. Prior to the purchase I had them put on new winter tires and bag up the summers that came with the car.Fast forward 3 months and I’m getting the summers put on at a local shop in Toronto. As soon as the mechanic pulls the tires out he points out they’re all or mostly worn down. Even if they passed safety — and he doesn’t think 3 of them should’ve — they wouldn’t last me the season. Oh, and one tire has a pin puncturing it.I send these same pictures to Audi Barrie. Paul, the manager, calls me to say that because the tires “passed safety” he doesn’t need to offer me anything, but because one has a puncture — and he can’t only have 1 new tire on an axle — he’ll give me a second for free. That’s the best deal I can get so I take it.I’m currently at Audi Barrie now and even the service tech is looking at the tires and saying they wouldn’t last a season anyways, and at least one (not including the punctured one) wouldn’t pass safety. However, they still won’t change their offer. They said I could buy two new ones to match but even the price they quoted is 25% higher than what is online.Of course, the condition of the summer tires wasn’t disclosed at the time of purchase. Stupid me for assuming they’d at least last me a year, and have definitively passed safety. At least then I could’ve appropriately priced the car. Instead I’m getting ripped off by the cost of two tires and the associated labour.P.S. the car may also be a lemon since I've had to top off the oil now twice in the span of the 3,000kms I've driven it. The second time was today, immediately after the tire servicing.I was ready to store my winters here and just stomach the drive up to Barrie to change them every year but I have 0 desire to do business here ever again.

The staff at Audi Barrie provided an exceptional experience. I acquired a certified pre-owned Q5 without physically visiting the dealership. Our sales representative, Daniel, conducted a thorough inspection of the vehicle and ensured its excellent condition. The entire sales process was seamless and effortless. I highly recommend collaborating with this team. Furthermore, they even arranged transportation for me from the Go Train station. Their service is truly exceptional.

Experience with my new S3 ...Incompetent at every level. First, they claimed they couldn't get my ownership under my company name, because of how it's set up, did it myself in 10 minutes at local MTO, now I have 2 RIN'S to deal with. Dealership rep told me to take my business elsewhere after I questioned this. Then, when I picked up the car, it lasted 20 minutes, as PDI was not done properly. Coolant clamps missing, in a clear position, that anyone could see. Blew all coolant under full power / hot turbo. Service wouldn't even check oil for signs of damage and returned vehicle full of error codes, and still missing coolant. Still dealing with Audi Canada and filed for arbitration to force Audi to buy back vehicle.

I take my vehicle to many Audi dealerships depending on which town or city I am in that day however I prefer Audi Barrie because I feel their front end staff are better than other audi dealerships and their RS techs are quicker than other dealerships. A cheerful greeting the moment I stepped in the showroom at Audi Barrie set the stage to a satifying purchase experience of a Q7. I maintain you should feel good about parting with your money and Daniel Carnales (sales) and Aaron Hawkins (finance) were focussed on meeting my expectations. They both demonstrated professionalism, product knowlege and responded to my questions in a concise and timely manner. Daniel is noticeably passionate about his work and his caring attitude is the cream that rises to the top. Daniel made taking delivery of the vehicle a special occasion. It was slip covered with a bow followed by a comprehensive review of the vehicle's functionality. I drove off feeling confident about my purchase and the future course I set with Audi Barrie. Two thumbs up!
