Great place to stop when traveling to Toronto from Ottawa. Especially with kids. Good value. Not as many reptiles as we were expecting but way more dinosaurs. There is a food truck for food or you can take a picnic. Also mini golf for an extra fee. Under 3's are free for the reptiles and walk round.

Great experience! Great place for really young kids i.e. 5 years old or under that are dinosaur enthusiasts. Went together with family and bought the tickets online which usually cost about $35. The staff were friendly and professional. The self-guided driving tour was rather slow and boring, especially for us older adults. A lot of dinosaurs, especially T-Rex. With some odd bunch of insects which don't necessarily fit the theme. Overall, a one time experience sort of thing that I wouldn't do again.

I took my 9 and 7 year old here today and they had a blast! Super clean facility, helpful and knowledgeable staff and the gift shop was great too. Google maps takes you past it if coming off the 115, so watch for their sign.

Here is my honest review about the place. The staff is extremely nice and friendly, very welcoming. The animals are very well taken care of . The dinosaur walk I would do updates on the walkway its extremely dangerous. If you don’t like bugs, bring bug spray, the food there is very overpriced. A cheeseburger is $14 and does not come with a side , You can go to a restaurant and get a drink and a side for cheaper. The food was absolutely disgusting. The buns they used was very stale.Let’s talk about the gift shop stuff there is extremely overpriced. The cheap should not be priced $10-$15. Stuff animals holy moly I almost had a heart attack when I saw some of them were close to $50 bucks where you can get at other places for like $14.Bathrooms definitely have to be updated only two stalls for that many people , it was extremely gross and smelt so bad .Other than that, it’s an OK place to take your family

I took my almost 8 and almost 5 year old as well as my 4 month old sons today. We spent about 2 hours there and had a blast. I read the reviews and already saw they’re working on adding more bathrooms which is amazing. The animatronic dinosaurs are probably some of the coolest I’ve ever seen, there’s some cool fossils and bones as well. There wasn’t as many reptiles as I was expecting, but the range of snakes is amazing - they’re gorgeous! There’s staff pretty much everywhere you look and they were unbelievably friendly and super hands on with my kids. One of the people working offered to take us and show us a couple of animals and told us a bit about them. It was a blast and affordable too! Which is a GIANT bonus. We’ll definitely come back again!

We went as a family and all of us loved it. Our kids are 1.5 and 3, they both had so much fun! Especially seeing how active the turtles were. Shoutout to Nikki (not sure on spelling). They were super friendly and knowledgeable, and great with the kids! The walk through was just the right length for the kids. Would definitely go back again.

Came here with our boys. Had a great time even in the rain. The staff are very friendly and have great sense of humour. Very clean gift shop / entry to walking indoor and outdoor self-guided tour. Take your time and enjoy.Followed up with the drive thru tour which was great as well. Will return again. They are now taking donations on go fund me following a contractor abandoning a started project on site. Please support. Every bit helps. Not only for the animated attractions but the live animals and breeding programs as well as the currently unfinished expansion of the park.

This place is amazing! It was clean, the staff are friendly and informative. They are a not-for-profit and it was nice to see all the rescued reptiles so well taken care of. Their habitats look better than most other places we’ve visited and they have a wide variety of animals to see. The dinosaurs are incredibly lifelike-A massive variety to see there as well. Our admission got us in and out of the park all day, mini golf was fun and there is a food truck on site. They are pet friendly and super accommodating. We grabbed the kids a gift bag each on our way out, which is a great way to save money on a souvenir and it was only $20 for all of us to do the drive thru. What a fun way to spend the day! We would highly recommend you visit and we will definitely be back soon. It’s also nice to know all the proceeds go directly back towards the care of the animals!!!!!
