Dave and colleagues have been nothing but amazing amazing helping me deal with electronic issues (amp and back up camera replacement) after purchasing a used vehicle with faulty systems.Dave didn't charge for diagnosing the issue when other places didn't even want to look into the matter and was extremely helpful figuring out how I could address the issue.I sourced the part independently based on Dave's recommendation and then brought the vehicle in for repair and was in an out within a few hours. Would highly recommend 12 Volt to customers with similar needs.

I couldn't be happier with the knowledge, professionalism, and workmanship of Sebastian and his crew. They are truly the best and only offer the best products and solutions. I had a complete alarm system and dashcam installed and the finished product was flawless and very high tech. Exactly what I wanted and needed during these crazy times of vehicle thefts. I feel well protected and will ALWAYS know where my vehicle is along with status updates and push notifications. I will be bringing my other vehicles very soon and recommending to friends.

I called in the morning to get an install done in my 350z .I thought I could do it myself but I needed some help with speaker integration. They had the parts in stock extremely clean shop and showroom. I use to have a car bay but there shop was extremely organized and clean. I was impressed of the quality of their work and as they say you get what you pay for and I paid for expertise and professionalism and I got it.

Been coming here since 2006. Have had plenty of work done on three vehicles, from stereo installations to remote starters.Dave and Sebastien are always a pleasure to work with, honest, reasonable and reliable. They go above and beyond, as they proved recently by helping me sort out issues I had with a head unit that was over four years old.Wouldn't even think about going anywhere else.You guys are the best!

Sebastian and Dave are true professionals. Kept me up to date with what was going on with my equipment in an extremely difficult to navigate supply chain shortage (subs/speakers) by being up front with me. They made it worth the wait...my stereo was professionally installed and it sounds amazing. Knobs, plates and breakers look factory. Highly recommend this shop, they are worth every dollar and shout out to JL Audio Stealthboxes and Audio Control Amps...amazing equipment!!
