I lost my keys including my mailbox key. I live in an apartment so trying to get into the block of boxes myself was not an option. Robert was incredibly helpful, very pleasant and understanding. I will be visiting the shop itself to get some spare keys cut as I know I can trust their work and their fair prices.

They do Canada Post mailbox keys. This was one of the few places that actually have a brick and motar location that actually replicates Canada Post Mail box keys. I hunted for 2 day before finding this place. Other vendor offered a mobility truck to come by but at a significant costs. The major HW/home improvement vendors (CTC, Home Depot, etc) all use automated key replication machines now, none and I mean absolutely NONE could replicate the Canada Post mail box keys. Very reasonable pricing and fast service. I recommend this vendor.

Well they done the job and I I happy with that. But the person never told me a cost upfront which I asked at the start. He said he will call back but never did. Eventually I tried to call them several times and was not able to get a status of the job. So i passed by. It turned out that they fixed my item. But the charge was a bit high. So it's 3-4 stars level only

this stars go for their FAST service. But this is an overpriced place. I did not ask for the price when I called because I paid around 100 a couple years ago to change the lock when I was outside home. This time I am inside. Unfortunately I was not told my service will be treated as emergency service and will charge me 650 until the work was done.

Well mannered, Quick service & reasonable charge. Very nice experience. Robert is a jolly man and the team is well experienced. Person came to my house and opened the door lock - total duration from my call was 35 mins. Loved it.

I wrote the review couple days ago, marked 3 stars due to the overpriced by the manager who run the shop (That review is nowhere to be found). I asked four copy of household keys, he said it's $8.99. But at the end, he charged $8.99 for each plus the tax, so it's over 40 dollar. He made the keys quick and all working. But still overpriced. I came to the shop because the review, some said the price's reasonable..... which turn out to be unreliable source.... next time, ask the price and make sure the price for EACH copy, otherwise the manager there will charge lots more

I needed copies for my keys and also a battery replacement for a fob. Everything was done as soon as possible. He even copied a high security key that I wasn't sure could be done (Canadian Tire couldn't copy it). Surprising how busy it was with people before and after me. I know where to go now for things related to keys.
