Andy is an absolutely amazing trainer, and I can’t say enough good things about him! Hiring a personal trainer can be really daunting and intimidating, but Andy genuinely made it such a wonderful experience. I went in with not much of a clue of what I even wanted to learn, only knowing I wanted to get stronger and gain confidence, and I absolutely did. He puts the focus on you and your individual goals, and will take the time to work with you and whatever YOU need to set you up for success in the long term. His gym is a safe space and I can’t recommend him enough. Thank you for everything Andy!

Highly recommend Andy as a personal trainer! After carefully listening to my needs and goals, he has tailored a program to help me achieve those goals. After 3 short months not only have I lost weight and inches off my waist, but I truly FEEL better! Andy always keeps things real and positive and I have always felt comfortable there without having to worry about other people around. 5 stars are not enough, If you've ever thought about enriching your life through fitness, you have to give Andy a call!

I would not hesitate to recommend Andy. I did his free trial and was hooked. Even going only once a week I am definitely getting stronger. I notice with the numbers but also because I can lift my kids much more easily! It is a dream come true for me to have this time to work on my strength, and I really appreciate Andy’s approach. He meets me where I’m at and I don’t feel any judgement or preaching from him, making me feel like I need to make huge lifestyle changes. I met with several trainers who didn’t have the right vibe for me - as a busy mom of two young kids, I’m not going to be making myself separate meals and he gets that. His demeanour is supportive and he knows what he’s doing. Andy if you read this- thank you! And see you next week.

Andy is extremely knowledgeable and a great support in getting your health back or upgrading it, whether it be one on one training or through the online training. I am not perfect and have fallen a few times but with Andy's support I have gotten back up and continued to make progress. He totally works with you where you are at. And he looks at and supports you through working on diet, exercise, time, available equipment, and how you are doing emotionally; which is a huge plus. I have never felt so comfortable and supported in reaching my goals. I highly recommend Andy to anyone looking for an all inclusive trainer.

I worked with Andy for over a year and made incredible progress. Throughout the year I gained over 30lbs and made massive progress with all of my lifts. Andy was always flexible with his workout plans and worked with my schedule even when things got busy. Would definitely recommend Andy whether you're looking to gain, lose or maintain weight and get stronger.

Andy and I have been working together since April 2018. I had a decent level of fitness prior to signing up with Andy however, with age I found my strength was lacking. Andy listened to me when I told him my goals.....to increase my overall strength and also be able to continue to trail run, my first love. Andy set up a program for me that I have been able to maintain for the past 8 months. Activities of daily living are easily done like carrying ALL those grocery bags in at once....thank you farmers walk!! My running has improved due to increased strength in my legs and my posture is improved as has my sleep. If you are looking for a no nonsense approach and for someone who really listens to what you are looking to achieve

My experience over the past year+ of training with Andy has been entirely positive. When I started I was an unhealthy body weight, sedentary, clueless about fitness, and had major gym anxiety. Andy's knowledgeable, flexible, patient and encouraging approach to training was a perfect fit for me. He listened to my goals and helped me to do exactly what I needed to do to achieve them in a realistic and sustainable way. Today I'm happily maintaining a healthy weight, I'm the strongest I've ever been, and I look forward to every workout. Andy clearly loves what he does and his clients benefit from it.

Andy has been amazing for us. We wanted to get in shape before our 2018 Wedding and just feel better in general and we have already accomplished both in less than 5 months. We both have more energy, have gotten stronger and lost weight along the way. He has taught us a lot and we could not have accomplished what we have without his guidance. Highly recommend Andy!

Andy has been an excellent personal trainer. I could not have asked for a better one.I decided to give personal training a try as I'd gotten to my heaviest weight (~210 lbs) and was seriously lacking in confidence and self esteem. He provided for me a fun, easy going and low pressure environment, ideal for me to learn in as I was pretty inactive and new to weight-lifting. He worked with me towards my goal of 30 lbs of weight loss and increases in overall strength by the time I took my next vacation (8-9 months).I have trained with Andy for 6.5 months over the course of 8 months total and I'm happy to say I attained this goal and am now down to 180 lbs exactly. I've dropped from maxing out a size 36 pants to fitting comfortably around size 33. I feel much stronger and have found I'm much better at the team sports I play. I have not felt this good about myself ever before. I am inspired to continue on and get even healthier and stronger. I'm going to get my wife to go to Andy in the near future.I highly recommend him for anyone looking to self improve but need guidance and education in order to get there. I believe Andy genuinely cares about the success of his clients. He's always very quick to respond to any questions you have about your plan, which can be asked at any time through through text message in his app. He's a great teacher, who is easy to get along with, and very knowledgeable in his field of work.Thanks again Andy!
