average download speed of 2.5 mbps and upload 0.5mbpsEdit, changed my review from 2 to 1 star, because the employee who read this (not the owner of the business like it's supposed to be on here) didn't like the negative review and went out of her way to message my girlfriend on facebook to complain it. She made assumptions for no reason, and tried to make her feel guilty because I left an honest review on a REVIEW page. an employee should never take business matters outside of work, especially to someones significant other, regardless if you know the person or not.Horrible horrible costumer service that reflects poorly on the rest of the company.

Have just been informed by email that ABC Communications has sold my internet soul to Telus. In my location there is only satellite internet or Telus and satellite will not meet my work from home needs. So ABC Communications customers have been informed that we are abandoned to Telus' world famous incompetency and mind boggling poor customer service. At a special savings for former ABC Communications customers" which will only work out to $30.00 more per month than what I am currently paying for the same level of service. As usual; corporate greed wins out over customer loyalty. Thanks ABC Communications. If I could leave no stars

We have great frustration with the service we get from the out of city limits end of ABC. We experience incredible fluctuations in upload and download speeds with service provided ABC customer service tells us it is trees and debris when we live in the middle of a field with a clear line of site to their tower.Don't get me wrong there are some great people working with the company but the line between customer and service has really gotten lost. We for the most part get 80 percent less speed than we were promised and the CSR's say all speeds are UP TO.Listen, I get variance very well but 80% less up and down is too extreme for me and my family to handle.i Know Explornet is not the answer but ,If your reading this review you know what I'm about to say.. SLIC.!!!!!!

After a process with ABC i am revising my review. The connection has been seeming good and issue free for the most part for the last couple weeks and after a few conversations on the phone with President Chris i am alot more confident in the customer service of this company Thanks for your time Chris.

I like ABC. Kathleen and the technician have always been patient during the time I spent with them. I am definitely not excited to have Telus at the helm and I don’t quite know what’s going on after spending 40 minutes on the phone with a Telus “rep”. Called in twice at the office but Closed both times. What happens with the ABC receiver on the roof when Telus takes over?

Took a week to be called back to have a signal check, then another week of slow terrible internet with less then half my promised speed. The service and customer support has been terrible. And once again another internet outage. The only saving grace of this has been the helpful lady at the front desk kathleen. If i could rate lower then 1 star I would. Would not recommend.

Great service, both from the people and the equipment. Was left in a bind and what was going to take Telus 3 weeks to fix, they did in 3 days. We are in LLH and get 50% better speed than we did with the Telus smart hub. Sales rep Kathleen and Service Tech Jeff we’re both beyond helpful and accommodating. Thank you!
