Professional, friendly customer service by Ehlana at this center. Gave us all the requisite information and was very helpful.

Fido is one of the worst customer service. I was at this location and they are offering a good deal but theu wont give it to me since I am not a new customer. Why would they offer a better deal to a new customer than old and loyal customer? They told me to call customer service but their customer service is trash. I called and wait for 2 hours and they told me they need to transfer me to other department and wait for an hour again. This service provider and their customer service is trash. I will surely move to other provider and do my very best to make sure my friends and family stay away from fido. Its really dis appointing.

Staff is polite but overall very slow service. I was told that will receive an email when express pickup is ready but never did. No follow-up from the store and received email saying pickup expired. Reordered again for express pick up and called the store to confirm as no email again. Went to store to wait 1hr in queue and then staff comes explaining that there is a virtual queue and they are prioritized over the ones waiting outside.

The young lady at Fido Sarah was extremely helping, friendly and sweet and very very knowledgeable about her products.She helped us picked the right phone set it up for us, we had a very pleasant experience dealing with her.

Went here just to get a new SIM card, they refused to give it to me even though the number is under my name and I pay the bill. They Said I’m only a secondary level authorized contact. But then drove to another Fido and they gave me a SIM card right away and even added me as a level 1 contact. Terrible customer service here.

This review only gets two stars because the sales rep was much nicer and more helpful than the manager tonight. Called this location only because I get promo texts from them all the time.. well- I would have appreciated more transparency over the phone rather than coming to this location with the promise of in store “Black Friday deals” only to be told it doesn’t exist by the same manager a couple hours later. The icing on the cake was when I was told I should’ve called customer service instead. LOL Waste of time and I could’ve done without the horrible attitude. 17 years with Fido and I’ve yet to encounter someone with such awful customer service from this company. At least other employees didn’t seem to be tainted by this “manager”.

Employees are lazy, incompetent, and just slow. Don't bother walking in-store like a normal human being. Had a simple appointment to return a modem at 1pm. Wait outside for 30min only to have some woman waddle outside and tape up a sign that says to lineup and tells me I'll have to wait 2 more hours even with an appointment. What a joke

Five star for Ajene..She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.I'd been at another fido store for help before this visit but all the tried to do was to upsell me phones, But never bothered to answer any of my question.Thanks again AJ.

Can we give 0 stars? Just upgraded our service last month and as a thank you we were gifted a new tablet! sounds great right? nope. Got our bill today. That tablet cost us $78 last month and will cost $15/month ongoing. No thanks Fido. You know what you can do with your tablet right?
