Intercom doesn't work properly

I installed a Coleman Furnace and Heat Pump in June 2019, and the heat pump has seldom worked properly in the heat mode. Initially it would not automatically switch between heat pump and furnace when the Temperature dropped to below freezing. That took months to resolve. Now the heat pump has been shut down because it is so badly iced over. My service installer doesn’t have the answers, and from what I understand your service people will not come to help resolve the issue because of COVID-19. This is an essential service, and I need someone to come and get this system configured properly. I’m totally frustrated and would be reluctant to recommend your product to anyone else.

Thought they may have found my lost cellphone. Owner is rude and very abrupt rushing me off the property. Only good thing is that their customer service rep. is excellent and attempted to help me locate my phone.

TERRIBLE - whoever took over the tycos brand is really letting it go down hill. 16 days later email is replied to with out answering the question. Lots of false alarm phone calls any hour of the day. Call centre person has no idea what its for other then trouble" and cannot answer ANY question asked. Bad english for the call centre
