I would like to convey how impressed I am with DM Roofing and their working crew. The workers who did the roof were incredible, respectful and it shows they take pride doing a great job leaving great results. Each evening after working long days during a heat wave with high humidity they would clean up all roof debris leaving nothing behind. They are the most hard-working individuals I have witnessed for sometime, and your company should be very proud. Not only did I have neighbours on my street comment on their work ethics but also neighbours on the next street over and some asking me to relay their comments to them.I would like to thank you so much for the great work replacing my roof at a very reasonable price! DM Roofing was the only company that could replace shingles quickly on my roof in December after a bad storm. They gave me a quote tore -shingle the roof in the spring with a guarantied price.. It seemed reasonable to me so I did not get any other quotes. I know that cheapest is usually not always the best and as a former business owner I do not appreciate people who get several quotes and then try to get you to match the low ball.From the initial contact with Darren the owner, to the quote from Steve last December; to the installation crew this spring they were all very professional and helpful.Special kudos to Brendan and Nick who did most of the installation and a few other guys who were here.. They were fantastic, kept me informed and were just all around good guys. My Labrador Jake loved them and they reciprocated.I have only praise and no complaints. I highly recommend this company without hesitation.Great job Guys.

I called DM roofing to get some information on my roof as I was given very differing opinions from other companies. The owner worked with me over the phone over the course of a couple days to help me develop a plan to deal with a leak as well as condensation issues in the cathedral ceiling potion of my attic. He said he has a similar roof design in his own house and was able to provide me with lots of information regarding the ventilation issues we needed to correct. I really appreciated the time he took to advise me on what to do and although I’m not hiring him to complete any work at this point I felt he was helpful and very genuine and wouldn’t hesitate to contact him down the road if the repairs don’t work and we need to invest in a new roof.

Recently had shingles replaced. Not sure if a magnetic sweeper was used afterwards but I keep finding nails in the driveway and all around the side of the house. Very frustrating as I do not want nails in our tires. We have chatted with both Darren and Mr. Earl and Darren has said that someone will be by yesterday or today to roll the driveway. While I do appreciate that they will be returning to clean up, I do not feel like this many nails is very acceptable to be found after a project is completed.

We contracted DM Roofing to replace our aging roof.PROS:- Good phone communication in the quote/booking process- Scheduled early in the season- Minimal mess left behindCONS:- Left trailer overnight in a “no parking” zone on our street- Uncomfortable phone conversation. To elaborate, there were moans, grunts and other inappropriate noises - very escalated from a typical out of breath conversation.- One of the roofers urinated on our driveway, in view of the street and our video doorbell.- When we brought these concerns back to them, we were not met with much support unfortunately.- Owner canceled on us multiple times when we tried to arrange to meet for paymentOverall, this was not a positive experience. Despite DM Roofing being the most expensive quote we received, we chose them because of the reviews and promise of a professional service. Would not recommend to friends or family.

DM Roofing did my previous roof and when it was time to replace it, there was no question in my mind that I wanted them to do the job. Got my estimate in the fall and the boys were here in mid April to take care of business. It was a windy, cold day to be on a roof in the country but they got it done. I had a couple of concerns later in the summer and gave Darrin a call. He came out to the house, took a look, we had a nice visit and he had Timmy back to address my concerns/preferences, the same week. The service is great. The follow-up service, which I consider even more important, is also terrific. Stay safe guys.

Hired DM Roofing to install a new roof on a rental property. Steve gave us the quote in the fall (2021) and only required a signature on the quote to lock prices in for spring. I appreciated not having to put money down or buy the product ahead of time.Darren Contacted us in the spring and got our roof installed. We weren’t around for the install to meet the crew, but no complaints from the tenants is a big plus and the place looks great. They seemed to be in and out quickly and efficiently and left the place/yard clean.
