Buyers and sellers beware. He is so unprofessional, very pushy, does not listen and will take your money. Do not hire him as your realtor. He does not care about his customers. He just wants money.

Worst realtor I have ever come across. So arrogant. I went to see one of his listings. He sat on the couch while we saw the house on our own. I made a very general comment about some feature in the house not as expected. His response don't take out faults! Is your house this big!" When asked a question

He is the most humble man we have ever met. He sold our home in Jan of 2022 for us in less than seven days. He worked hard to get us the best price and it was way more than we were asking. He was then there for us again in Aug of 2022 when we saw a house we wanted to see and we loved it and had an offer in that day and he got it for us at less then the asking price which was great for us. Rajiv really goes to bat for his clients and I am proud to call him my friend now as well. He just helped us secure our most recent acquisition up in Wasaga and took the 2 hr drive to show us the property and had an offer in that day for us which was accepted with no sign back.
