Management doesn't follow covid rules refuse to wear mask in the common area. Very disrespectful and yelled at me instead of communicating in a mature manner threatening to kick me out for not changing work boots to interior boots after just the very first time he communicated it with me. Im a very understanding person and can communicate easily but I have to give this rating after the bad experience the management gave me.

Outstanding Management team and Board of Directors. Condo fee raises have been between nil a year to a high of 2.5% over the last 8 years while maintaining the building and upgrading the infrastructure in some way every year. Very clean and well managed Condominium

I purchased 2 years ago and have enjoyed living here. The live-in building managers are professional, helpful and always quick to address issues. The building is quiet and I have enjoyed meeting and getting to know the residents. The condo board ensures that the residents are well informed about projects and work within and outside the building and endeavor to minimize any negative impact on the residents.The funds are managed well and major projects are planned and paid from the reserve, thus avoiding assessments against the owners. Having owned and lived in several condos, I give this building 5 stars.
