Horrible service and products. They installed my crestron system with the home builder (paid when home was built) and the system is configured incorrectly with incorrect time and no way to configure settings myself. They want to charge $150/hr for a technician to come and configure it correctly and fix a mistake they made at installation, and they WILL NOT give me access to my own home system so I can configure it myself. If I want to configure anything in my own home, I need to pay these guys $150/hr to do so. Avoid them at all costs and go with a control4 system that is not designed so other people can rip you off.

There should be negative star review options for this Company. I bought a beautiful condo from a FABULOUS Builder who unfortunately chose an inferior company to look after your homes automated interiors. Lutron which includes there automated blinds and Sonos.From start to finish my relationship with this company has been horrendous. The sales man Vince" didn't listen to what I wanted from the very beginning.They charged me close to $70k
