FIX AUTO ENFIELD

I have taken my car here twice for repair after mild fender-benders. The owner really went above and beyond by ordering the parts I needed prior to having me bring my car in for the repair, rather than have it sit in the shop due to parts delays. The owner was great for advising me on communicating with the rental car company.Great service, would go out of my way again to use Fix Auto Enfield.

Wes and his team were outstanding in repairing my car. Wes went above and beyond for service and my car looks amazing. This was an insurance claim ,and I'm sure glad my insurance company sent me to Fix Auto. Highly recommend for your auto body needs

I dealt with Wes at Fix auto this past week due to a minor fender bender. Wes and the entire team made my car look better than OEM from Honda, he made the first time process very easy, offered me his personal number for any questions and they cover their work for life. Very professional, kind and high standard of workmanship.

I recently required autobody service and chose Fix Auto Enfield as I dealt with them before and had a good experience. This time alot of parts were required and there was a delay in getting some of the parts, no fault of Fix Auto. I had a cap of $1500 on my rental and was about to be cut off by my insurer and had to start paying for the rental out of my own pocket which I wasnt too happy about. Wes at Fix Auto offered me his personal company vehicle so I didnt have to pay for the rental which was over and above in my mind but greatly appreciated. I got my car back last week and it looks great as I expected from the great team there. Once again, great work guys and I wouldn't hesitate to go back there

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Fix Auto, the customer service and professionalism were outstanding. In no time at all, my car looks good as new! I hope I don't need to come back any time soon, but if life happens, I will definitely call Wes first.
