Red Lobster
Was excited to visit this location for the first time ever during the afternoon and was underwhelmed. Ordered the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and marinara sauce was spoiled! Ordered entrees and got the bill to find out no adjustment for the sour marinara was made and had to beg George, our waiter, to see what could be done. Was excited to eat here but may visit others before coming back.

Updated review on Jan 14, 2023: Much better experience. Service was still excellent, Christina took care of us and checked on us constantly. She was the only wait staff working so she ran around non stop. The food was much better but still bland. Calamari was good, but was mixed in with asparagus to take up space. The tilapia was grilled but didn't have any salt added, needed to soak it in the garlic butter to enjoy it. The fried shrimp was good, as was the rice pilaf. Garlic shrimp didn't sit long enough in the sauce so was pretty tasteless. Restaurant empty on a Thursday evening at around 6pm, not a good sign. They can do a LOT better.Original review below from Nov 2022:Really bad experience. This is our second visit to this location and now I understand why the restaurant is never full. The service was great, the only reason this review isn't 1 star. The food was bad. Portions are tiny and prices are ridiculous. Stay away from the clam chowder, it's watered down with barely any clams in it. Tilapia had no flavour, I think they forgot to season it. The stuffed mushrooms came burnt! Fried shrimp was good but it's hard to mess that up. When ordering large alcoholic drinks, they don't add enough alcohol. Our Alotta Colada was basically a huge pineapple coconut milkshake, couldn't taste any rum. I recommend you visit the Warden Sheppard Red Lobster instead as they have never messed up this badly.

We grew up going to Red Lobster and this location but yesterday was beyond awful. I had heard the quality of food had declined but given that this is a childhood favourite I wanted to give it a shot. First of all the food took over 30 minutes to arrive may have actually been longer. The salad I ordered with my meal was forgotten and the meal itself was awful. The shrimp linguine had no sauce on it at all. I asked for sauce and got this lumpy garlic sauce which tasted bad. The server was trying to make the best out of a bad situation and offered me a dessert. I didn’t complain or anything and politely declined the offer as we didn’t want a dessert. She called the manager and she told us she hoped to take off the entire meal but instead he just credited by drink and removed the salad that I never got anyways. He stood a few feet from us and didn’t even think to offered an apology. Such terrible customer service do not go here! Really disappointed.

Visiting for the first time after 20+ years, and the crunchy buttery biscuits are still amazing and they are unlimited! The choice of meals were all great, buttery and savoury. Our server Neel was helpful and attentive with our family, thank you!

Absolutely delicious food. The cheddar bay biscuits were nice and crunchy, the garlic shrimp sauce was to die for, and the fish was nice and flakey. The atmosphere, as usual, was amazing, and they had less lobsters in their tank which was nice for me. The only problem was that when we wanted to pay for our meals, the waiter was nowhere to be seen. Overall a great experience and I will be back in the future for lunch on a weekday

I have to say, I was surprised to see that the food has improved compared to when I last visited this location.I always favored this location over other in the vicinity due to ample of parking space and its more upscale and quiet dining experience.Our server was very attentive and pro-active that night, hence th 5-star.

I like Red Lobster, but today was beyond this world.Ajanth K that goes by AJ single handedly made me update my review!The experience was beyond amazing! This man made me feel cared for and that my happiness was the goal today! I would want this experience to be an example of the perfect service!The food was great, but the service made it 10 times better

We always have a good meal at Red Lobster. We really like the sauce in the salmon new orleans! It’s nice to be able to choose multiple sides with the entree and our server helped us add a lobster tail and some scallops for my mom since she didn’t want her own full entree.
