AMAZING!! The pretzels were soft with a lovely crust, and the butter/salt pretzels blew my mind. The staff were all super friendly and we had a lovely chat while they prepared my meal. Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND for the great staff and delicious pretzels.. :)

Tuscana pretzel is my fav out of them all wherever you have a sweet tooth or prefer something more salty, pretzel dog bites. There is always something new to try pretty reasonably priced got try this place out

Very poor customer service. 1 worker especially (young female with long dreaded hair) neglected customers the whole time, prioritized her cellphone to doing any work. Our food was knowingly waiting on the counter as we are standing waiting for 15 minutes. Horrible customer service.The male baker was very good however, fast and actually working. Also, trying to get his coworkers to help out and get off their phones but without success.Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Was told the wait time for our order would be 5-7 min, after 22 min of waiting and seeing people who ordered after us we suggested that our order was skipped and were finally served. A 22 min wait for two basic pretzels is ridiculous and the customer service is non-existent.. atleast apologize for causing an inconvenience.
