Lorn was amazing. The store was very busy around closing time. He was able to help us and 3 or 4 other groups and we never had to wait more than a minute or two for him to grab a box from the back.

Went in looking for a pair of work shoes and the lovely employee, Sydney, helped me! She was very helpful and I felt prioritized! I didn't even know she was an assistant manager there!! Definitely ask for her if you need help!!

Liked the shoes but not the service. The sales associate was unfriendly and had such an off putting attitude. When I asked for my sizes his whole vibe was as if he was doing me a favor, he just wasn’t interested in providing any sort of service. I could see the other associate in store being very friendly and helpful to the other customers but sadly I was stuck with this person. Never going back to this store as I felt very unwelcome.
